* Respective service fees for transactions will be incurred by the buyer.
All payments are due upon placement of the order.
If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased.
If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Invoices are to be settled in full on or before the identified due date.
If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits any licences that may have been issued.
Any discounts that may have been issued on an invoice will expire if late payments exceed 20 calendar days. In such events, the buyer will be responsible for the full non discounted amount as set out on the invoice. This is non-negotiable.

Additional import taxes may apply depending on the shipping destination. Import taxes vary from country to country and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

The seller agrees to send information such as shipping waybills and or tracking codes to the buyer in an orderly fashion once said details have been received from the company responsible for the shipment.
Downloadable Products: Due to the nature of this product, it is not eligible for refunds.
Please check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice damage, you should refuse receipt. Then, please contact our customer service immediately, so that they can order a replacement. To allow a quick handling of the situation, it is helpful if you can email our customer service photographic documentation of the damage.
If you have already received the work before you notice damage, please contact our customer service. Please keep the original packaging in case a return is necessary.
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint.
If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund.
Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund.
If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for refund.
Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Downloadable Products: Due to the nature of this product, it is not eligible for cancellation.
You can cancel your order up to seventy two (72) hours after it has been placed. After this period the production process for your work will have already begun, and it is therefore not possible to cancel your order after this point.
Please note that the full payment for your order is booked automatically once the order is successfully placed. If you cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.

There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item.
If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. These terms and conditions are subject to change.
